This Saturday (August 28th) is International Read Comics In Public Day. I don't know if I'll get around to doing anything for it (the weather in Invercargill in late winter is notoriously unconducive to doing anything outside) but I'll see what happens on the day. |

I suppose the bad weather outside means that shopping centers and other indoor public places are entirely too crowded? {curious Smile}

There's a significant lack of all-weather public spaces down here... the obvious candidate would be Wachner Place (the closest thing this town has to a civic square) but it's still open to any rain that might be passing.
